CVS March 31st

I am rather disappointed in my CVS right now. My friend and I went yesterday to be able to use our coupons before the end of the month and they just didn't have much available in the way of deals. Everything really good was already gone and there were almost no good ECB deals. I was still able to come away with some things that worked well for deals and only paid about $0.69 and $1.86 OOP in 2 transactions. Total savings for both trips combined was $45.45, so overall it was not a bad trip and it is all things we will use. Of course the kids loved seeing the Twizzlers :-)

.

My biggest disappointment is that I was not able to roll over my ECB's the way I would have liked. I am still trying to learn how to get ahead with these, but it sure is fun learning. This trip I only got about $7.00 reprinted in ECB's, so I guess I'll keep trying and building. I hoping for some better deals next week and more $5/15 coupons from CVS soon.

Ya'll have a wonderful and blessed day and hope to see you soon in blogland.

The Softsoap was on the end cap at the front of the store. I thought you had seen those. I had one in my buggy I thought before you left. Sorry. I think they still had some today when I was by there for pictures.

Great job! It takes a nice long while to learn CVS and I still struggle with deals, rolling ECBs and other CVS management inconveniences. I've decided it's worth it, though!

Absolutely worth it!!!! I am having the time of my life learning. JB and I went in this afternoon and got some neat deals on Easter clearance items. He collects PEZ dispensers and got 3 Easter ones for $.37/each. I got PEEPs for the DH and daughter-in-law who both love them and dark chocolate for me. YUM!!! :-)

Mary Jane,
I did not know you had a blog! I found you through the childrens ministry blog. You SO HAVE TO TEACH me at to CVS. I have been reading about it on a lot of blogs but just don't get it! Lets plan a date to CVS together and you can teach me!

Alright Lori...you name the time and date. :-) My schedule is probably a whole lot more flexible than yours with a little one. :-)

I'll be glad to explain it. Lynn had to help teach me, and we have great fun together finding all the good deals.

As for the blog...I am just getting started and learning as I go. but it's lots of fun.
